User Needs

• User Needs forms a significant element of much of our work. This includes projects on Public Transport Information Strategies as well as the INFOPOLIS and INFOPOLIS 2 European projects.

• John Austin also authored a practical synthesis of User Needs for Public Transport Information from the results of various European Commission-funded research projects.

• We analysed the 'state of the art', best practice and plans for providing public transport information for ethnic minorities in the UK and USA, as part of a project to identify user needs in this area.
