- Again, working with Peter Warman, John Austin advised a local authority on the priorities for implementing its public transport information strategy. Bus Stop Information was a key element of this.
- John reviewed the quality of current public transport information for a large and expanding rural town in South West England, advising on options for future development. Bus Stop Information was a major component of the information available in the town.
